  1. We read it and reply

    A person, not an automated form. If something doesn't add up — the date, the place, what you're picturing — we'll say so before you get your hopes up.

  2. We send you a fixed quote

    No list price, because no two are alike. That's why the form asks what you want to spend: not so we charge all of it, but so we don't suggest something that's out of reach.

  3. We set it up and film it

    On the agreed day we turn up, get everything ready and film the moment. We send you the video afterwards, just as with the complete packs.

Before you write to us

How much does it cost?
It depends what it is, which is why there's no figure on this page. A small touch at a restaurant and a room decorated for a proposal have nothing in common. Tell us what you're picturing and what budget you have, and we'll tell you whether it works.
How far ahead do I need to tell you?
The complete packs go out with five days' notice. This needs more, because it has to be talked through, the venue has to fit, and sometimes someone else has to agree. If you have a date, write as soon as you know it: if we can't make it, better to find out early.
Can you set it up at a restaurant or a hotel?
Yes, and it's one of the things we're asked for most. What we can't do is walk into a venue that isn't expecting us: they have to be told and they have to agree. If you're not sure how to ask, we'll tell you what to say.
