We deliver gifts and surprises to the door in these towns and plenty more: the list covers the main ones, not all of them. If yours is in one of these provinces and isn't there, chances are we still reach it — the configurator confirms as soon as you type your postcode.

How far do you actually go?

We deliver across the whole Madrid region and in the provinces of Guadalajara, Toledo, Segovia and Ávila, with a limit of 150 km of route from our base in Alcorcón. That limit exists because the delivery is in person and on the same day: any further and you can't arrive with a cake and a bouquet in decent shape. If your address is inside it, the configurator works out delivery the moment you type the postcode. And if you're right on the edge, write to hola@nureli.es before ruling it out: sometimes it can be done.

Does delivery cost the same everywhere in Madrid?

No. It's charged on real round-trip kilometres, so there are differences even within the city itself. Under 10 km we charge nothing. Above that you pay for the whole route, not just the kilometres past ten, and each kilometre adds about 33 cents. You'll see the exact figure before confirming anything, worked out on your actual address rather than a table of neighbourhoods.

Do you deliver outside the Madrid region?

Yes, to four neighbouring provinces: Guadalajara, Toledo, Segovia and Ávila. We reach Talavera de la Reina, about 130 km away, which is the furthest we go. Bear in mind that at those distances delivery climbs quite a bit, because it's real fuel: the round trip is over two hours. On a €145 pack, delivery can come close to €17, and we'd rather you knew that before you got to the end of the order.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Five days. It isn't red tape: cakes are made for that particular day and flowers are bought fresh, so less time isn't enough to do it properly. In some cases we can deliver sooner, depending on the date and the area, but we don't promise it up front. If you have a date in mind, the best thing is to write as soon as you know it: if we can't make it, far better to find out early than two days before.

Can I choose the delivery time?

You choose a window, not an exact time. There are three: 9am to 2pm, 2pm to 7pm and 7pm to 10pm. We don't give a fixed time because there are several deliveries each afternoon and Madrid traffic has more say than we do; promising 6:30 and turning up at 7:10 would be worse than not promising. Within the window you pick, we take into account what you tell us: if the surprise is for when they finish work, we note it and plan the route around that.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes, Saturdays and Sundays too. In fact that's when we're asked for most, because that's when the person is home and the surprise can be enjoyed properly. You choose it like any other day, with the same five days' notice and the same three time windows. The only difference is that weekends fill up sooner, so if your date falls on a Saturday it's worth not leaving it to the last minute.
