How we prepare it

  1. You decide whether it's a surprise or something you share

    It isn't the same for it to arrive while the other one is out — and for them to find it — as for the two of you to be there when someone knocks. Both work, but they're prepared differently and it's worth deciding beforehand.

  2. You tell us your story

    When it started, the song that stands for the two of you, and the dedication you'd like us to read. We read it out loud at the door, and it's the part people thank us for most.

  3. You keep the video

    We film the whole thing. On an anniversary that video isn't for showing anyone: it's for the two of you, ten years from now.

Can you deliver somewhere other than home?

Yes, and on an anniversary it's the most requested thing. We deliver to restaurants, hotels and viewpoints, as long as you give us the exact address and have told the place we're coming. If it's something bigger — decorations, a proposal, an event — that has its own page, because it's quoted separately.

What people usually ask us

Can you deliver to a restaurant?
Yes. We need the address, the time, and the restaurant to know we're coming: not all of them allow a cake from outside, and that's a question for beforehand, not for the doorway.
Can you wait until we get there?
Within the window you've chosen, yes. What we can't do is wait for hours: there are other deliveries every afternoon, and the next couple has their date too.
Does the song have to be a particular one?
Whichever one you tell us. There's no fixed list and no catalogue: you write the title and the artist and we play it. If nothing comes to mind, it can be delivered without music, though that's half the point.
